Information & Communications Officer

Save the Children in South Sudan is looking for an Information & Communications Officer who is responsible for:

a. Supporting SCUK led fundraising and marketing activities such as the Everyone Emergency Appeal and Survive to 5 projects.
b. meeting the Information and communication needs of all Save the Children members

The function will ensure the collection, analysis, approval and dissemination of critical information and communication products. The Information & Communications officer will help collect powerful communication resources such as photos and case studies, prepare information outputs such as situation reports and key messages, help to build a media profile, as well as rising to the challenge of other tasks such as writing proposals for major donors. The function will ensure compliance with Save the Children guidelines and protocols.
